ITINERARY SUMMARY

3 Days Safari to Tarangire and Ngorongoro is the ideal program perfected for travelers who have limited time and budget. The package is filled with exciting action-packed activities. This safari starts and ends in Arusha city. It is a wonderful safari whereby, it is a way to relax through one of our safari programs for Northern Tanzania’s most famous destinations.

ITINERARY DETAILS

DAY 1: PICK UP AT ARUSHA CITY AND DRIVE TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

Our driver guide will pick you up at Arusha city and then check out and start a safari to Tarangire National park, the drive normally takes about 2 hours to reach to Tarangire National park. On arrival proceed for a full day game drive, you will be able to witness huge herds of Elephants. Tarangire National park is famous for the huge Elephants or known as home of Elephants, on this day we will have picnic lunch with us and we normally have our lunch at the view point of Tarangire. After lunch proceed for another game drive until 1830hrs, return to the Lodge/Camp for Dinner and overnight.

DAY 2: TARANGIRE – NGORONGORO

Wake up in the morning and have a cup of coffee and then proceed for the early morning game drive, then return to the Lodge/Camp for full breakfast, check out the Lodge/Camp after the breakfast and proceed with the final game drive with your packed lunch, leave Tarangire and head to Ngorongoro arriving late afternoon. Have dinner and overnight stay on the Rim of crater in Lodge/Camp.

DAY 3: FULL DAY NGORONGORO – ARUSHA

On this day,breakfast will be served as early as 0600hrs in the morning. After the breakfast check out the Lodge/Camp early in the morning, then drive to the crater, we will descend to the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater for a full day explores game drive tour. Will take a picnic lunch and this will be served in the crater next to the Hippo pool, at this point you will be able to stretch your feet and visit the washrooms. The floor of the crater is 600 meters below the rim, (which is over 2300 m.a.s.l), and is a home to an abundance of wildlife including Black Rhino, Lion, Cheetah, Buffalo, Elephants and a plenty of antelope species. Late in the afternoon will ascend the crater and then proceed back to Arusha with drop off to the hotel of your choice for dinner and overnight of drive to the Airport for International flight.
